HOW TO COMMISSION STEPHAN PARTIPILO FINE ART MODEL PHOTOGRAPHER
I’m sometimes able to work on custom or client photography during Spring, Summer, and Fall but must be contacted many weeks in advance allowing sufficient time to plan and organize everything. Client covers model rates and any costs of productions.
For 2023, I am happy to cover my own time and labor by selling the images on my store after client receives the work first. This makes our project together more collaborative which is the type of work environment I enjoy the most. If you have an idea for a modeling photoshoot, that falls in line with or is similar to what I already do, drop an email at SJ.Partipilo @ Yahoo. What are you trying to accomplish? Maybe I can help?
HOW MUCH DO CUSTOMS COST?
Depends on your vision. Millie Bobby Brown might require a couple million dollars booking fee for a two hour set time. Her agent would take a hefty percentage too.
Costs of production might include (but are not limited to): studio space rental fees, nails/pedicures, hair and makeup, outfit(s), any permits or permissions (like if you want pyrotechnics or a luxury yacht), staffing and/or other personnel, and anything else specific to the vision.
I ask for half paid up front, and the other half due once the photos are ready to be delivered. Due to the nature of electronic digital art work there are no refunds at that point nor after a model(s) has done the photoshoot.
HOW AND WHEN ARE CUSTOM PHOTOSHOOTS DELIVERED?
Dropbox link sent via email. Turn around time depends on the scope/scale of production. Usually within 14 business days from time of photoshoot. Photographer will contact client if more time is needed (early Fall is when I get extremely busy and wait times can turn into months).
Usually around 200 images or so.
If model is a child model her parent(s) and/or agent have final say on the project. If her party should cancel, client will receive a full refund deposit back. Non-refundable costs such as studio rental space or other hired personnel booking fees, will be deducted from refund before return.
There is no deposit refund once the model and staff have done the photoshoot, even if client are still waiting for photos to be delivered.
